Product Information

Fybogel Orange flavoured sachets have been formulated to help ease constipation and maintain regularity. The ingredients included are natural fibres that help to relieve constipation and help maintain a normal bowel function. Fybogel is gluten free and contains no chemical stimulants

How To Use

• Preparation:

  1. Pour the required amount of granules into a glass with 150ml of cold water.
  2. Stir well and drink immediately for best results.

• Dosage:

  • Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, or as advised by your doctor.
  • Children aged 6-12 years: Take 1/2 to 1 level 5ml spoonful morning and evening.
  • Children under 6 years: Only take under medical advice, with 1/2 to 1 level 5ml spoonful morning and evening.

• Important: Always take with water. If you accidentally take too much, drink plenty of water.

• Active ingredient: 3.5g of Ispaghula Husk per sachet
